"My time at Appalachian Wild has been so valuable and I will continue to treasure it...I have learned the responsibility it takes to care for wildlife that cannot speak for themselves. I truly am appreciative for everything Appalachian Wild has given me in terms of experience and opportunity. I have gained vital skills that I will continue to build on in the future." ~AWR Volunteer 2025
